Background

About Christopher Loke

Since joining the Singapore Armed Forces as a young commissioned officer defending the skies of Singapore, my 30-plus years of career have always been the role of security in protecting people, tangible and intangible assets, operation continuity and business reputation.Over the years, I have been blessed and privileged to have learned and worked with some of the best practitioners of the security industry from various nationalities, backgrounds and skills in developing security operations and policies in a variety of legislation, business and social environments. I am convinced that Corporate Security is in a unique and niche position to lead the Security Convergence effort, delivering operational assurance and organisational resilience for business successes in an increasingly uncertain world.I advocate continuous learning. Despite leaving school for many years, I recently achieved the CSMP and CPP accreditation and completed the MSc in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester.
