For the last 20 years, I have found myself as a bridge between people and technology. I have managed hourly, salaried, full-time, part-time, and union employees. Some of the projects I managed have resulted in- Training and implementing multiple new systems or software across organizational structures- Convert quarterly customer meter reading to monthly billing with minimal impact on the customer base - Establish more efficient customer meter reading systems improving accuracy, reducing costs, and increasing revenues- Identify and implement new tools or processes improving worker safety and increasing productivity- Establishing training and development programs for employees providing opportunities for career exploration and growth I am currently on track to earn my B.B.A through Strayer University in 2022 and my JWMI MBA in early 2024.
