About Christopher Lord

I learn from people; diversity of perspective widens capacity to innovate. Mentorship on both sides of the coin enables meaningful relationships that can break down barriers. In focusing on people first, I guide organizations to optimizing their workforce through a data-driven approach towards process and technology. I started my career on the front lines of technology sales, developing a passion for the ecosystem of disruption and various ways both direct consumers and large-scale organizations can leverage products (e-commerce, IoT, SaaS, Hardware) to create efficiency and overall value. Aligning stakeholders at this intersection, fostering acquiescence of the learning curves, and committing to embracing change - are the keys to staying ahead of the curve in the digital era. Human Psychology in these contexts is as important as automation and artificial intelligence. At times having struggled to reconcile my LGBTQ+ identity in the workplace, I use these experiences to tap into empathy and push the needle forwards towards truly celebrating diversity and unlocking the potential and power of all humans. Growing up in both Madrid, Spain, and Los Angeles, California, I developed a passion for pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. Outside of the office, I am an avid traveler, hiker, and yoga enthusiast. I attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, where I was Captain of the tennis team and elected to student government and the entertainment board throughout.
