About Christopher Lozynski

I’m a Fractional CFO with deep expertise in behavioral health services, where I’ve spent the past seven years building and scaling a multi-state, high-growth organization from the ground up. As Co-Founder and former CFO of Mindful Care, I helped lead the company through rapid expansion — growing from a single office into a multi-state behavioral health provider with both in-person and virtual care. Along the way, I built the finance and operations infrastructure to support sustainable growth and a patient-first culture. Today, I continue to advise entrepreneurs, operators, and management teams as a Fractional CFO, helping service-based businesses professionalize their finance function. In parallel, I’m acquiring a Main Street service business — the first step toward building a long-term HoldCo focused on providing essential services to our communities. I believe small businesses, like mental health practices, have an outsized impact when they’re run with discipline, empathy, and purpose.
