What I can contribute to a company is a mindset to create innovative systems that would enable our company to see increase and growth during my duration at the company. I also can help keep my fellow teammates morale in the work environment at a high level throughout the day. I can apply the marketing tools I accumulated from my individual business ventures into the model that already exist with this company. I can personally bring forth comfort in the mind of my superior due to the fact that I am responsible and have a “do a little bit more” temperament and I am self-motivated. I believe that I have many characteristics and marketing knowledge base that separates me from other individuals seeking out the same position as me. The first quality that I posses is the natural ability to interact and create a comfortable vibe between the customer and I; therefore, that would create conversation that would reduce the automatic instinct to say no in a potential business transaction. I have had many years of experience both in the work environment and on personal entrepreneur endeavors that placed me in situations to use and perfect this skill set. I held positions that enabled me to hone my skills in communication, presentation, and closing sales. The time I had on my hands I used as practice grounds to strengthen my mental skill set to create a stronger mental foundation. I believe that this will aid me in business situations that call for quick response to prevent setbacks and or finding a solutions to improve the company’s growth. I am willing to give up anything except my personal faith to move forward and succeed in life. I have a burning desire to be great and I will do any amount of work to achieve and earn what I think I deserve. I am looking to motivate myself along with my fellow constituents to higher levels! I have always been taught that “Team work makes the dream work” and I will do what I have to do for my team to ensure that success will come to us.
