Review all work scopes to verify that all technical information is available and accurate Verify that level of difficulty and time estimates are reasonable and understood Review yellow job folders and add additional photos, DCN’s, etc. Provide Engineering group with reviewed job folders as well as equipment recommendations Be a technical resource for several aspects of operations including but not limited to the following: Field machining projects / mobilization process Safety Quoting & Estimating Engineering Attend weekly scheduling meetings and follow up on projects that are experiencing difficulty or may be falling behind schedule Receive calls from Field Technicians that are experiencing technical difficulties Raise awareness of highly technical projects Assist VP of Operations with the Continuous Improvement process Attending/Coordinate pre-job meeting Coordinate training for technicians for the upcoming work Project Management
