About Christopher Mann

I am a software engineer with a dedication to improving my craft. I fell in love with coding while participating in high school robotics, where I made use of my problem solving and creative abilities to build robots for competitions. In my senior year, I was selected as captain of the team by my peers, leading our school to the finals in a state VEX Robotics Competition in CT. I continue to strive for greatness and enjoy looking for more efficient solutions. As I learned more languages and gained more experience, I found myself gravitating towards software in particular, intrigued by the prospect of having users interact with my code. I pursued this interest at App Academy, where I learned full-stack development and gained experience in Javascript, Ruby, React, Redux, Rails, MongoDB, Node.js, SQL, jquery, Git, HTML, CSS, and SASS.
