Extensive experience in enterprise risk management, regulatory matters, litigation, arbitration and corporate governance. Until February 2013, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Liberty Mutual Group, a multinational, Fortune 100 insurance company with over $39 billion in revenue and $122 billion in assets. Provided legal and strategic advice to CEO, Board and senior executive team regarding acquisitions, divestitures, transactional matters, legislative and regulatory policy, enterprise risk and audit matters as well as major litigation.
