Throughout my career, I have been a seasoned sales professional, working in retail, banking, and the mortgage industry most recently as a Production Manager. Additionally, I have worked as a Safety Attendant for the Oil and Gas industry, as well as as a Project Coordinator for the Construction industry. In the banking world, as a Production Manager and as a Loan Officer Assistant I assisted my Loan Officers in qualifying borrowers for loans as well as getting loans approved and closed. As a team member, I gained a lot of knowledge about the business directly from the loan officers, processors, and underwriters. I was the Initial point of contact between the lender and the borrower throughout the loan process. I ensured all necessary documentation is in the file, including tax returns, bank statements, and W2's. Also opening up title and escrow, and inputting title fees, and file contacts. Obtaining LOEs for multiple conditions, including names, addresses, and credit inquiries for refinancing or purchasing motivational purposes. I am registered with the NMLS and I have completed the 20-hour course for my Mortgage Broker License from Accelerated Training Systems for both the State and Federal levels. Additionally, I am a Senior Consultant Independent Distributor for Herbalife. It's a great company with great products that help people all over the world achieve their fitness goals. I believe in being a product of the product and I currently use Herbalife. It has been working out well for me and I am grateful I decided to become a member. Working in the oil refinery industry, I was an OSCA Certified Safety Attendant with OSHA 10 certification, CPR certification, and First Aid certification. As a result of that experience, I received an invitation to a great position as a Project Coordinator with Tradesmen International. Previously worked as a Recruitment Specialist for Tradesmen International, recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified Field Employees. Project Coordinators are responsible for ensuring overall workforce optimization and for successfully building and managing a safe, productive, and skilled labor force.
