About Christopher Marlowe

I have over 15 years of Investment Banking, M&A and Private Equity experience. I have completed over $30 billion in private equity-backed transactions and have been responsible for advising private equity clients on financings, acquisitions, and exits in both the public and private markets. My experience spans a number of industries but I have developed specific industry expertise in Technology, Consumer, Retail, General Industrial and Healthcare. I was a member of the initial team responsible for opening the Wachovia Securities office on the West Coast in 2001, was the sole individual responsible for opening Silverfern's West Coast office in 2009 and in 2010 opened BMO Capital Markets West Coast Investment Banking office. In each case, these institutions had no investment banking footprint on the West Coast and I successfully built their private equity focused practice and helped with the broader build out of the respective West Coast investment banking platforms. I have strong experience in investment banking (M&A, Equity and Leverage Finance) as well as deep experience in helping investment banks open new markets which includes bringing new clients to a firm, developing a company's brand and managing an office.
