RELIABLE COLLEAGUE IN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT Laboratory experience - I worked diligently on microfluidic devices and cell cultures without the supervision of the laboratory's lead. I engaged in other lab technicians' projects to not only help my colleagues but to also learn new skills and techniques. Senior Design Project - I took initiative in organizing and researching various materials for developing the device. Interviewed multiple anaphylaxis patients and medical technicians about their experiences and opinions with current autoinjectors.
