As a senior public affairs strategist and advisor, I have provided strategic leadership and operational oversight in the establishment of several organizations' new operations and the promotion of new brands. I have implemented multi-level engagement strategies that fostered brand awareness and trust amongst stakeholders. Organizations have relied on my advice in the strategic planning process and implementation to support the operational mandate. Successful policy analysis and legislation review resulted on several occasions in identifying little-known provisions that shifted government policy decisions. I am a trusted government relations voice on all sides of the legislative chamber. As a leader, I provide mentorship and support to inspire team members to drive organizational success. I am a lifelong learner having pursued professional development in Change Management, Negotiation, Dealing with Difficult Individuals, and continued education in Investment Foundations and Brand Management. As a Canadian, I am proud to be fluent in both of our country's official languages. I have had the opportunity to represent organizations on the international stage, enhancing brand awareness and fostering global partnerships.
