Over 16 years of experience in flow assurance projects located in the North Sea, Middle East, Brazil, Indonesia, West Coast of Africa, Trinidad and the GoM. These projects have covered conceptual studies, detailed engineering and operational/commissioning support for both shallow and deepwater subsea developments with production conditions ranging from dense phase gas transportation systems and gas condensate systems to oil and heavy oil developments. Experience includes the following aspects of flow assurance- Pre-FEED, FEED and detailed design studies of gas condensate, oil, heavy oil, dense phase gas and wet gas systems- Steady-state and transient analysis of onshore single and multi-phase pipelines and gathering networks- Formulation of operating guidelines for a dense phase gas pipeline network - Slugging analysis for a number of gas condensate systems with a focus on controlling slugging and liquid surges under various operating conditions- Hydrate, wax, scale, asphaltene and other solids management- Wax deposition analysis on operating systems to aid in formulation of operational guidelines - Analysis to determine the feasibility of low dosage hydrate inhibitors which includes determination of inhibitor system residence times - Detailed design project experience of bundle pipelines - Transient analysis of active heating systems - Analysis of WI system for possible water hammer - Compositional tracking transient analysis of dense phase gas pipelines - Sand deposition analysis - Transient analysis of flowback operations (initial well start up)- Operational support during commissioning/initial field start up Chartered Engineer (CEng, MIChemE) through the Institute of Chemical Engineers (UK)
