Chris is a real estate professional with nearly 25 years of experience advising tenants, non-profit organizations and investors. In the 90’s, he was a Real Estate Appraiser valuing multi-family & commercial properties. Mr. McMahon is now a Managing Director covering Greater Boston as his clients require. Chris ensures his customers’ goals are met via thorough planning & active execution of the agreed strategy, always acting as fiduciary. Locally, Chris serves on the Medfield Hospital Development Committee, helping to redevelop a +250 acre historic campus. Previously, Mr. McMahon was a Co-founder & Partner at Thompson Hennessey & Partners and vice president at international firms NGKF and DTZ. His appraisal practice was honed at The Appraisers Group and The Appraisers Collaborative. Chris, attended Syracuse University and lives in Medfield, Massachusetts with his family and dog Cocoa. He is involved in the community through coaching youth sports, frequenting town meetings and is a frequent photographic contributor to the local newspaper. An avid fan of racing, Chris has traveled the globe following his passion for Ferrari, 70’s muscle and sports cars & – of course – Formula 1.
