I decided to pursue a foreman/supervisor role which lasted for 7 years. I then decided to pursue a change into our quality department as the quality tech which I've been doing for the past 5 years. My journey has been very rewarding, and I have learned so much. I am very motivated and interested in where my journey will take me next. I served in the military for 8 years which started and catapulted me into the leader I am today. I am a veteran and a proud family man. The raising of my children pulled and got me involved in coaching baseball and softball, which I've enjoyed for the past 22 years. I am blessed to now be coaching my granddaughter in softball.
