Over a decade of experience in leadership, building relationships, and solving complex problems in a global environment. 8 year Veteran as an Army Officer, with extensive experience in Aviation logistics. I’m a passionate and genuine leader who is focused on building effective and high-performing teams. My leadership style is based on leading by example, collaboration, building authentic trust, empowering and challenging direct reports to step outside their perceived limitations, and establishing management controls to ensure we meet or exceed all strategic goals. I’m an experienced project manager that capitalizes on my operations and logistics experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MBA from Miami University (Ohio). I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). As a leader, I hope to help organizations reach their full potential through building, growing, and maintaining meaningful and authentic relationships that improves the organization.
