At my core, I am a driven entrepreneur and a relentless innovator passionate about solving problems and making a meaningful impact. I’ve built my career on the beliefs that anything is possible, there's always more to learn, and that success only comes from doing - not thinking about doing. At the age of 16, I co-founded Preferred Care, a leading home healthcare provider that has served over patients across Florida since its inception. As the company's CEO, I take immense pride in our ability to deliver not only large-scale solutions but also deeply personalized care that consistently exceeds expectations for both patients and referral partners. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and further honed my leadership skills through the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. These experiences instilled in me a commitment to continuous learning and an appreciation for the intersection of business, regulation, and innovation. My vision for a more efficient and connected healthcare system deeply motivates me. I am continuously exploring ways to leverage new technologies and strategies to enhance the patient experience and address systemic challenges in the healthcare space.
