Christopher Mikha is a Senior Associate with Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Services Group in Detroit. He specializes in pre-acquisition operational and IT diligence, post-acquisition performance improvement, carve-out, merger integration, and synergy analysis in support of private equity investments.With more than six years of mergers & acquisitions and operational analysis experience, Christopher has helped deliver over 25 M&A deals, totaling over $1 billion in enterprise transactions. He has dissected IT landscapes for middle-market companies, delivering strategic insights to private equity clients. His primary areas of expertise include analyzing IT environments by evaluating core business applications, IT organizational structures, and strategic alignment. He specializes in assessing ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems, conducting financial modeling, and providing strategic advisory services to determine how well these elements meet the operational needs and growth objectives of businesses.Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Christopher worked in a similar role at RSM within their Transaction Advisory Services group based in Detroit. Mr. Mikha also worked as a Business Operations Analyst for Ascension Healthcare System, where he led M&A initiatives to expand the healthcare network, successfully securing acquisition deals of physician practices. He also held a corporate finance role at U.S. Medical Management, responsible for monthly forecasting and financial planning for a portfolio of 65+ sites, and at Allstate Insurance, where he developed financial models and analyzed software initiatives that led to a nationwide rollout.Christopher earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Michigan State University.
