About Christopher Monaghan

Health Care to me is about bridging the gap between a person's medical conditions and who that individual is at heart. I like to focus on creating a dialogue with the people I meet to uncover their needs and desires in order to address their health care outcomes. Patient-centered care is paramount. I have worked in home, hospital and office-based settings. I am used to working and problem solving independently through routine case management, as well as during crisis scenarios while maintaining a calm and confident demeanor. When required, I work very closely with professionals of other disciplines in order to address complex tasks. I am eager to face challenges in order to make myself stronger. Through experience and increasing my knowledge base through additional educational opportunities, I have gained many hard and soft-skills in order to confidently aid those that I help care for.
