About Christopher Moody

I have over four years of supervisory experience and have been in charge of creating and maintaining schedules for forty or more employees. On any given day I would be in charge of anywhere from three to seventy or more employees or volunteers depending on the conditions of the day. My primary background is EMS and other emergency services and I see this as a huge advantage for me. It taught me to be prepared for any type of situation to arise and how to appropriately react to stressful environments. It also taught me how to be empathetic to a person in their worst emotional state which is vital in any form of customer service. During my time as a District Supervisor for a private ambulance service I regularly had to make daily reports and track operational status and report back to my regional manager. These reports ranged from quality control of patient care reports to basic stocking and staffing.I have worked in a hospital setting as a Patient Care Technician at St. David’s Round Rock for a little over two years, but I have worked in the managerial and clinical side of the medical arena for over five years now. In my day to day duties as a tech I regularly have to handle confidential patient information. This includes adding information to the patient’s electronic and hard charts. I also regularly handled more detailed information during my time working for the ambulance as there were times I needed to contact patients at home directly for follow-up inquiries to services rendered.
