Experienced Land Survey Crew Chief with a history of working in many aspects within surveying; Title, ALTA, Marine, Construction, Steak Outs, As-Built, Topography, etc. Skilled with Total Stations, Robotic Total Stations, Field to Finish, RTK GPS, Independent Robotic work, Field crew management, and more. Measurement collection of all kinds for civil infrastructure reports, both existing and under construction. Also have experience in an office environment using AutoCAD w/ Carlson Survey. Placed projects in space using data collected by field crews and evaluated discovered control to determine property lines for construction layout and title work. Calculation of points for field crews using gridlines on Civil, Structural, and Architectural blueprints to redraw projects and place projects in space for stakeouts. Created project progression drawings, aspect detail drawings, final as-built & ALTA surveys using point clouds, field notes, and fieldbook sketches. Created settlement reports for large steelwork projects. Tracked progress on projects and acted as a liaison between contractors and engineers when problems arose and clarification was needed on problem areas. I did many other office tasks and projects during my time in that position. I am familiar with the civil infrastructure inspection end of the industry; water & sewer main and services, paving, township reporting, grading, pressurized pipe testing, mandrel testing, manhole installation, police coordination & traffic management, incident and accident reporting, and rectification coordination with appropriate utility contractors, etc. I'm also a drone enthusiast. I operate store-bought camera drones for aerial photography/videography/inspection, and also build and fly FPV acrobatic racing drones as a hobby. Currently enrolled at University of Maine in pursuit of BS in Survey Engineering and NJ PLS license.
