I possess extensive knowledge and expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining highly interactive enterprise-level websites. My experience encompasses web animation, applying marketing theory to web development, and leveraging technologies to create and continuously enhance well-designed, user-friendly sites. Additionally, I specialize in web content authoring and IOP web forms development, which streamline user interactions and facilitate efficient data collection. In my current role at the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, I oversee the maintenance of both internal and external websites through strategic development. I manage a web team of 30 staff that I train, oversee, and guide through the web content creation and management process. I ensure that our web content effectively serves the needs of various stakeholders, including organizations, county boards, providers, state staff and the public. I have successfully utilized tools and platforms such as, Cloudinary, HCL DX, Elfsite, Docroid, Lyris, SharePoint 365, Microsoft Power BI, and the IOP Platform to maintain and enhance the website, programs and initiatives. I also manage essential resources like podcasts, forms, several interactive Widgets/Web Parts, a newsletter repository, one-pagers, documents and Toolkits. As the digital landscape evolves, I recognize the importance of innovative web technologies and social networking in everyday business operations. My strong communication skills, combined with my technical acumen, enable me to foster cohesive relationships within my team and provide timely, accurate information to all internal and external customers. I am an effective communicator and a confident leader in managerial situations. I have managed staff at DODD and my positions at a 501(c)(3) organization and a multilevel corporation have honed my project management skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. For example, as a project lead at WrightChoice, Inc, I developed the concept for Nanotech, an IT business, and successfully pitched it to local investors, further enhancing my abilities in strategic planning and execution. I am currently enjoying my role in the public sector, where I am continually gaining new experiences as a dedicated public servant and IT professional.
