About Christopher Murray

I am a friendly, well presented and highly motivated individual. I believe that my time spent as a data entry clerk at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) within the Centre of Maternal and Newborn Health (CMNH) has enhanced my understanding, confidence and expertise when working with vast amounts of data. During my time at LSTM I have had ample time to practise skills in one to one communication as well as my communication with the wider community as part of my job was to communicate via email, phone call or skype call with in-country teams associated with LSTM in Africa and Asia. During this employment period I have also refined my time management skills, advanced my computer literacy skills with professional training in SPSS,(statistical analysis tools), Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint. As a centre we reported to DIFID and other sponsors on a quarterly and yearly period so working to deadlines was a must this involved group work or working individually building good working relationships to overcome problems. I have excellent communication skills, confidence and initiative to approach problems in any given situation. I am also comfortable working in a fast paced environment and thrive to achieve work targets and goals.
