Currently retired from Pharma/Biotech after nearly 30 years there plus 3 more in Academia! Now working Part-time in the High End Audio Industry. Before retiring, I was a Senior Medical Director / Medical Affairs Generalist with career breadth and depth. Experience with multiple drugs, biologics and devices in several therapeutic areas at 5 different companies, ranging from start-up to big pharma. Experience includes management of direct reports (both home office and MSLs), product launches, presentations to customers and sales reps, interactions with MCOs and government agencies, development and review of advertising copy / promotional materials, development of Phase 3, 3B and 4 protocols (including HEOR), research and medical strategy, management of investigator-sponsored research and CME, publication strategy, and development and review of medical information and other types of medical and scientific content. Before industry - three years experience in academia conducting basic research; successful in obtaining grant funding.
