I am experienced in Customer Success, Support, Service and Communication. I have a proven track record of resolving complex issues, improving processes and delivering positive customer experiences. Likewise, I have also managed escalations, run product demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues and consistently driving customer satisfaction through clear, solution-focused communication. I'm comfortable working across multiple support channels with cross-functional teams and thrive in environments where collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking and adaptability are key. I also have been involved in numerous projects around changing processes within the workplace, and I'm a strong advocate and heavily involved in Diversity & Inclusion. I have helped changed the culture within a business and have hosted my 'Reality of Racism' sessions to over 380 employees across the UK and Ireland, including senior leaders and stakeholders.
