I am a Director of Business Development at Clinicalpro, an executive search firm based in London, servicing the life sciences industry with specialised talent. In my current role, I partner with our clients and candidates to understand their needs, goals, and aspirations, and provide staffing solutions that align with the strategic vision of the company. I am a Director of Operations at Mylocum Group, an established recruitment agency delivering excellence to the NHS for the past 20 years. My focus is to promote efficiencies within the business via operational processes and cost savings, as well as embedding high quality in all that we do. I partake in the corporate strategy decisions, producing innovative ideas of how to streamline and diversify our business model. I bring a unique perspective and experience to the organisation, always encouraging our leadership team to think differently. I have a passion for the healthcare sector and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals. I have a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham and I am a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
