More generally, I help customers solve complex challenges with enterprise-wide solutions for workforce engagement, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration. With 20+ years of experience in this field, I have developed a deep expertise in the Microsoft platforms, including M365, Entra, Azure, and most recently, the Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI applications stack. I have led deployments of M365 at a global scale for both Con-way and XPO Logistics, impacting tens of thousands of users. I have also worked as a consultant and business owner, serving clients in various industries and solving some of their most complex business problems. My background in logistics, forecasting, and enterprise planning enables me to understand the business needs and goals of my customers and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
