My career includes senior IT leadership roles with RBS (Williams & Glyn) and HPE (formerly EDS), where I supported the Department for Work & Pensions — driving service excellence and operational transformation at scale. In 2016, I completed a Fintech Certificate in Future Commerce from MIT, deepening my passion for emerging technologies, digital transformation, and AI. I'm particularly focused on how technology can be harnessed not just to solve today’s challenges, but to anticipate tomorrow’s opportunities.
