Currently doing Sales at SAP Emarsys, a leading customer engagement platform that helps businesses deliver personalized, omnichannel experiences. I got my Bachelor of Arts in International Business from SRH Hochschule Heidelberg in 2022. I have also studied abroad at Florida Atlantic University in 2021, where I gained exposure to different cultures and markets. My core competencies include entrepreneurship, sales, analytics and project management. During my time as a Working Student in Sales at SAP Emarsys, I supported the lead generation, scoping, and prospecting of new customers, as well as the assessments of current clients, account planning, and revenue operations. I also assisted managers in day-to-day operations in an executive function, forecast and funnel analysis, KPI analysis, and office management. Additionally, I have previous experience in customer engagement at SAP and digital performance and marketing at TSG Hoffenheim, where I developed skills in collaboration, communication, and project management. I am passionate about delivering value to customers, learning about new technologies, and growing professionally.
