About Christopher Norborg

During my tenure as a Support Specialist at Elkjøp, I honed my skills in troubleshooting both Windows and macOS environments, thanks to the guidance of a supportive team and effective coaching from my department manager. In this role, I embraced the philosophy of thinking outside the box as each support request we get from our customers (both loyal and new) has a uniqe set of requirements/needs and different approach. As my experience expanded, I had the opportunity to onboard and train new technicians for our Operations team. Additionally, I served as an (unofficial) team leader, enhancing my proficiency in people management while further developing my IT skill set. To further my professional growth i'v completed a local leadership course and an organisational leadership course (emerging leader) before accepting the role of Senior service advisor and thhe responibility of the day to day operations.
