As a Senior Security Customer Engineer embedded in Microsoft’s 1SOC team within Microsoft Threat Protection (MTP), where I lead technical escalations and drive resolution of complex, high-impact security incidents across the Microsoft security stack. My core focus is ensuring platform reliability and customer trust by owning and resolving critical issues across MTP workloads. I specialize in identifying root causes, coordinating cross-functional response efforts, and implementing scalable fixes that reduce recurrence and improve telemetry fidelity. As a subject matter expert, I develop escalation frameworks, author troubleshooting guides, and lead enablement initiatives that empower frontline engineers and accelerate time to mitigation. I collaborate closely with engineering, product groups, and customer support to influence roadmap decisions, close systemic gaps, and deliver measurable impact—both in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Prior to this, I was a systems administrator and technology specialist in applications and infrastructure domains (Microsoft, VMware, EMC, HP and Cisco) with a wealth of experience in designing and supporting software development, networking and storage systems, monitoring and reporting and administration.
