Why?” was my favorite question as a kid—and it still is. Not out of defiance (well, not always), but because understanding how things work is the first step to improving them. That mindset has shaped a career spent navigating the intersecting worlds of affordable housing, proptech, public-private partnerships, and regulatory compliance. I’ve built my career around asking better questions, connecting the dots between policy and practice, and helping organizations eliminate barriers for their staff, their clients, and the communities they serve. I’ve led projects across regulatory oversight, training and development, software implementation, insurance policy management, and housing equity. The common thread? Strategic problem-solving grounded in relationships, transparency, and impact. To me, “problem” isn’t a dirty word. Problems are opportunities to listen more closely, collaborate more deeply, and build something stronger. I take pride in my technical skills and accomplishments, but more than anything, I’m proud of the trust I’ve built with people navigating hard, high-stakes work. That trust is what opens doors, drives progress, and makes the work worth doing.
