I am an experienced business analyst with a proven track record in improving and launching CRM systems and developing new systems to support Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) product launches. For over 12 years I have worked with project sponsors to engage their subject matter experts to ensure that their systems enhance how the business operates. CRM I successfully managed updates and improvements to Amdocs/Clarify CRM at Transurban to ensure the system kept pace with a fast-changing business. Since then I have worked on a number of CRM system launches with companies in the Finance and Telecommunications industries such as Telstra, CMC Markets and Aldermore Bank. CRM systems I have worked with include Oracle Fusion, Pega, Siebel and Amdocs/Clarify. ETF I successfully launched primary market processes and systems to support new ETF products for Vanguard Australia and JPM Chase.
