About Christopher Ochs

The world population continues to grow, our planet is getting smaller and the resources we're dependent upon are increasingly scarce. We need better design to ensure efficient, sustainable use of the spaces we inhabit. The effects of the climate on our food, water, and shelter should be undeniable by now. Our only habitable planet is changing. I’m Christopher Ochs and I have the credentials and practical background in environmental design, landscape architecture, and urban/regional planning. I’m keenly aware of the need to interface and collaborate with developers, municipalities, and the public to discuss and address multiple, and often conflicting, land uses from the dense urban streetscape to the wild rural landscape. Can we operate within a framework that promotes thoughtful open dialogue, collaborative processes, and a congenial, goal-oriented team focused on meaningful change? I optimistically think so.
