I work as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurse, where I have utilized and strengthened my ability to communicate and empathize with all walks of life. I understand when to escalate issues quickly, and have over 20 years of customer service experience, 6 years using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, and 5 years of using computers to perform telecommunication system/network operations. I was in the Army for 5 years where I supervised, installed, operated, and performed maintenance on transportable automatic circuit and message switching systems in telecommunications. I used computers to perform system/network operations, including interpreting Bit/Byte and error codes to correct system faults, and utilized an alert ticket system. I also answered in-bound calls to provide customer support.
