PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: Served as educational and spiritual leader dedicated to the mission, values and goals of the school. Promoted the mission, in concert with the Principal, VP of Finance, VP of Advancement and Corporate Board. Using a data driven business model, incorporated the mission into the daily operations of the school. Utilized a demographic study to establish a baseline for long-range enrollment projections and financial strategies. Worked closely with the Principal and VP of Finance to present an annual budget that provided both immediate and long-term action steps presented in the school’s strategic plan. In partnership with the Advancement Department, created strategies to raise funds to pay for annual Financial Aid, operational and facility needs. As President, took an active role in the recruitment, hiring, training and compensation of perspective faculty and staff members. Provided support to VP of Advancement, Director of Communication, Director of Admissions and Principal to identify successful recruitment strategies for perspective students. Established valued, trusting relationships with all potential stakeholders, including students, parents, alums and community partners. Created the most successful small school athletic conference in Wisconsin. During my ten years as President enrollment has grown from a budgeted 300 to a projected 690 for 2017-18 and Foundation has grown from 2.2 million to 5.8 million dollars.
