I'm a Gen X-er coaching Gen Y as Gen Z steps up to the plate. As a Coach, I’ve been helping clients hit their professional targets since LinkedIn was a rolodex. My backstage pass to the hiring process informs my coaching practice and gives my clients a 360 view. As a result, they create career strategies that gain traction. Connecting talent to opportunity is in my DNA. I meet clients where they are — to help them get clear on what's next. My experiences living on both coasts and abroad, and my travels to ten countries, informs the inclusive, individualized and holistic approach I take to my work. Over the course of my Bay Area career, I grew my network across a dozen industries — then relocated with my family from Silicon Valley to Silicon Slopes.
