I am a partner at an eight-attorney, general practice civil law firm located in Charlotte, North Carolina. My practice focuses on business litigation, appellate litigation, and employment law. I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. I advocate for clients in both state and federal court, and I regularly represent clients before the North Carolina appellate courts. I am experienced in all aspects of the litigation process, from commencement of suit through appeal, and have tried multiple cases to jury verdict, including in the North Carolina District and Superior Courts, the North Carolina Business Court, and the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. I also frequently represent clients in binding arbitration proceedings. My clients include businesses, insurance companies, municipalities, and individuals.
