With over 15 years of customer-focused experience, I am passionate about delivering white-glove service and superior knowledge to my clients in the security industry. As the Team Lead of Client Success at Trackforce Valiant, I lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, while continuing to manage a select group of Enterprise-level accounts. My core competencies include account & relationship management, market research, and product training & adoption. I help my clients grow and optimize their internal operations by leveraging Trackforce Valiant's industry-leading digital platform, which enables them to win more business, reduce costs, and provide real-time oversight. I also coordinate with the Training and Implementation teams to ensure quick adoption and rapid time-to-value for my portfolio. Through the establishment and maintenance of high-value relationships across various levels of the organization, I ensure high renewal rates, client satisfaction, and retention.
