Data-Driven Engineer passionate about AI technologies working as a Machine Learning Engineer for Hitachi Solutions in San Diego, California. Currently leading Generative AI efforts in the AI and Data Science group utilizing the latest methods and tools in Databricks and Azure to reinvent our client's businesses. Comfortable working with complex data environments both in and out of the cloud with skills in organizing, orchestrating, and analyzing diverse data flows for driving decisions at a business level. Strong focus on teaching and developing coworkers toolboxes as much as possible while also expanding my own through strong collaboration. Spend my time outside work volunteering and tinkering with microcontrollers, raspberry Pi clusters, and scripts/programs to automate my life or find patterns in the wild. Currently creating Generative AI solutions which utilize the latest technologies to explore and deploy novel solutions for multiple industries. Exploring the latest solutions using Graph Databases, Vector Databases, RAG, Agents, Orchestrators, Reasoning Models, Vision Models, and ML Analysis Methods.
