My biggest strength is being able to quickly and easily identify pain points within the tasks and projects I'm working on. I'm always a step ahead while working by always looking for ways to innovate and improve our performance, quality and communication. This way I can provide a solution before the problem occurs. I'm a quick learner and love new challenges. Providing 7 different services within the company in just 5 years of time. Through all the years working with Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Merchant Operations, Resolution Team, Editorial, Team Management and Workforce Management I have made significant impact in each team by working on several projects. Currently in charge of 3 of my original projects that brought great benefits for Workforce Management, HR and Operations. The benefits of them being: • Making the transition to a new scheduling system smooth and controlled • Ensuring the company is in tact with the Local Laws • Saving potential headcount and money loss within the company • Reducing the time of our schedule check process from about 16 hours to just 2-3 • Shifting our focus from checking the data to solving the issues and analyzing the problems Also working on 3 of my new projects. Their goals are to: • Unify the processes and responses within the department • Provide training material for the new team members • Simplify the process of time off during the holidays for the Operations My goal is to be a great asset that I would love to have in my own team.
