As a transactional lawyer, I have a passion for truly understanding my clients' business and their goals with respect to each business deal. I have a keen attention to detail while also seeing the "bigger picture" of each transaction. My goal is to be a valuable advisor and legal partner in today's evolving business environment. I approach my job differently, with the unique perspective of one who has shepherded clients through the legal complexities of corporate transactions on the outside as well as on the inside of the business. I know the process company executives go through in transforming an idea into an end result and I love helping them achieve that result with as little liability as possible. I am always on the lookout for ways to improve myself individually and professionally, whether that be staying abreast of the latest legal trends through continuing education or reading articles on how to be more productive with my time in the office or at home with my family. I am also a devout member of my church and regularly volunteer my time with our local congregation.
