About Christopher Price

Currently supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's NAS (National Airspace Systems) Defense Program as the Operations & Maintenance Program Manager for the long-range radar systems through a contract with A3 Technology inc, and liasing with the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security to ensure safe skies over our nation through optimized operations. Prior, as ATC Surveillance Requirements Manager at the United States Air Force, I analyzed and developed requirements for the future of air traffic control, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and security of the nation's airspace. With over 24 years of radar experience across five different systems, I have a deep and broad knowledge of long-range & deployable systems, as well as Battle Management Command & Control (BMC2), which enables me to provide innovative and effective solutions for tomorrow's problems, today. I also have 12 years of project management experience in the Air Force, working on various projects ranging from $110K to $272M. I have optimized and evaluated the United States' long-range radars that provide 1.2B square mile total coverage across the nation, and I have guided the future of ground-based radar systems for BMC2 to support the light, lean, and agile ACE concept. As an AFWERX PRIME Fellow, I have collaborated with industry partners and academia to explore cutting-edge technologies and opportunities for the Air Force. I am passionate about advancing the state of the art in radar and BMC2, and I am committed to serving the mission and vision of the USAF.
