About Christopher Pschibila

For me, business informatics is the attempt to digitally map all the essential business processes of a company. Not only are the interfaces between the information systems essential, but also the bringing together of business departments and IT. Efficiently processing data, deriving information from it in a meaningful way in order to generate new knowledge is for me the arc that business informatics spans. Contributing to such a digital image of a company and learning something new all the time is what fascinates me about business informatics. Thus, business informatics is not a closed defined activity, but a constant improvement of the existing.My activities after graduation included- Reporting with QlikSense - Interface between the CPQ tool and the CRM system- Planning, development and implementation of a business data digitization process- Further development and partial automation of an internal tool for processing business data with Visual Basics.Net- REST interface addressing of payment data of an e-commerce system and further processing of the data for subsequent business processesIn my dual studies - Bachelor of Science Business Informatics - I was able to gain insights in the following areas- Reporting with QlikView and QlikSense- Automated report generation with NPrinting- Process automation using PowerShell scripts- Front-end web development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 8, Bootstrap 4, JSON and REST web services- Server-side web development using JavaServerPages, Enterprise Java Beans and Java Persistence API- Server-side web development with C#, REST API definitions and REST web services to the integrated IAM system (KeyCloak)- Basic knowledge of Java- Basic knowledge of SQL- Web analytics with Matomo, as well as custom plug-ins for individual and cross-platform web trackingI wrote my bachelor thesis on the topic of cross-platform web analytics. In order to better understand customer needs, I developed a web scorecard that can be used to better analyze customer behavior across websites and web applications.
