About Christopher Pullen

I am a registered dietitian with a focus on client centered counseling and medical nutrition therapy. I currently work as an outpatient RD for Total Nutrition Technology in Charlotte, NC. I focus primarily on weight management, sports nutrition, and diabetes management. Before accepting my current position, I completed my internship at Stony Brook Medicine. Stony Brook is one of the top 100 hospitals in the country, and I gained significant experience working with a diverse range of patients with varying disease states. I have experience with critical care, enteral, and parenteral nutrition support from working with Stony Brook's Level I trauma unit. I am trained in conducting nutrition focused physical exams for malnutrition, macronutrient, and micronutrient deficiencies. I also have experience in continuous quality improvement and nutritional research in oncology, sports nutrition, virology, and nutrition support with skills in computerized data analysis.
