Appreciably more than a list of titles and verbose descriptions, as a multi-faceted professional I am committed to delivering service and support to the customer or a person in their time of need or distress and achieve an improved state or outcome. Taking time to know me as a person might offer enlightenment and help explain why I have a keen interest to understand situations holistically, lifecycle (conceptual idea to disposal), and the people, process, technology, and data factors. Who I am today derives from invaluable experiences during military service (telecommunications, operations, administrative, logistics), public safety (fire, EMS, hazmat, law enforcement), government contracting (engineering service and support, testing and evaluation, program management support, procurement), small business ownership and consultation, and presently information technology (operational service and support). Who will I be tomorrow? That remains unwritten and it will hopefully be exciting and rewarding to everyone involved.
