Prior to the formation of Legacy Dialysis and Legacy Home Dialysis, I was the Vice President of Business Development for Nephrology Care Partners, a multidisciplinary ESRD company. Prior to this, I was a co-founder of Renal Care Partners, a kidney dialysis services provider which spanned across 7 states until its ultimate sale to Innovative Dialysis in December of 2012. From 1991 to the formation of Renal Care Partners, I was an Assistant Vice President for Vivra Renal Care. During this period I opened more than 45+ new facilities and was responsible for Vivra's three largest acquisitions. I also established Vivra's physical plant design standards that significantly improved efficiencies and profit margins. My experience is broad and diverse in Operations, Financial Management and Business Development across the heath care industry
