Background

About Christopher Ransome

As a Cleared Armed Security Officer at Patriot Group International, I secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and controlling traffic. I investigate security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior, and completed reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. I also checked and verified badges and/or valid IDs for access to get on site. I am also an Army Reservist with an active TS/SCI with Poly, with over three years of experience as a Military Police Officer. I supervise a team of three soldiers while conducting various security and law enforcement operations. I manage situations with a calm and analytical approach, and handle a wide range of stressful scenarios effectively. I have completed the Distributed Leader Course 1 and received multiple commendations for my performance and leadership. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from American Public University System, and I expect to graduate in June 2023. I am a certified Law Enforcement Officer and have a certificate in Security and Protective Services from Woodstock Job Corps. I have a strong background in IT and security, and I am proficient in attention to detail, emergency situations, and defensive tactics. I am motivated to apply my skills and knowledge to protect and serve the public, and to advance my career in the security and law enforcement field.
