With more than 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Operations, I have learned how to strike the perfect balance between cost efficiency and a truly personal customer experience. I know what it takes to reach customers in the right way, on the right platform, in the right time. I'm passionate about finding that balance between technological smarts and our human touch in every customer interaction. Leading a Customer Service team with over 50% automation, we've achieved market-leading customer satisfaction above 90%, all while keeping costs exceptionally low. This has taught me the value of working not just with the right guidelines but also with the right attitude and the right people. With over customer interactions across four different markets, I possess extensive experience leading teams of high-performance achievers, in both large and small teams. In addition to team leadership, I've also acted as Project Manager for multiple technical initiatives aimed at boosting Customer Satisfaction, reducing costs, and achieving our targets. I'm driven by continuous improvement and always seeking smarter, more human ways to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
