I am very passionate about sales and education roles within the healthcare industry. Having a position that gives me the opportunity to build new relationships, educate people on products, grow sales, and support positive patient outcomes is a challenging and rewarding career. For much of my career, I have held progressive roles in operations and people leadership. However, healthcare has always been my chosen career path. After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Post-Baccalaureate in Pre-Medical Sciences, I expanded my medical knowledge and experience by obtaining a Master of Science in Perfusion Technology. Although I was not working in the field at this time, I continued to expand my interests and quickly found that medical product sales and clinical education was the path that I needed to take. As I was working as Store Manager at Starbucks, I had the opportunity to build a strong, well-rounded skill set that encompassed sales, operations, and people leadership. While fine tuning my professional strengths, I brought the store location to new levels of success, receiving recognition as one of the highest volume and top producing stores in the region. Securing a position that combines my strengths in sales and operations, training and education, and business strategy with my passion for the medical industry is my ultimate goal. I believe that sales and customer relations are the foundation for a successful business. Using my ability to identify client needs, present products, and educate others, I have supported organizations in reaching new levels of success. I take pride in directly contributing to operational success, as well as business growth and development, and am committed to expanding my skills and knowledge so that I can continue to do so.
